How to cancel account or receive customer service

Can any help me with contact info or customer service support? I also put a call through to the sage team notifying them that I was not using the product and that I do not want it renewed. I have been charged my full yearly amount for my service I have been trying to contact anyone who can aid in this. I am no longer needin sage software and has not aided in cancelling anything. I am being charged for a service I can not use and don't need and I was charged over a week before my renewal was due and apparently they do not accept cancellations even if it is before the renewal date. Imagine if your car insurance was almost expired, and a week before your car got stolen but your insurance company charged you anyways. Seems fraudulent not to mention no one has called to notify you. Any advice or thoughts would be great as sage is not assisting in this. 

Despite all this, my account was charged and I have made calls and sent emails to the account rep and he claims it is only customer service that can resolve it. But each time I call and the call transferred to the so called customer service line the phone hangs up. Grateful if someone can help direct me to the appropriate team that will process the refund.

    Sounds like the sales rep is citing the note that "Sage Business Care plan or subscription renewals are NOT refundable. Clients can ask for a cancellation to avoid being charged as long as they do so a minimum of 10 days prior to the renewal date. That is policy and it’s now being enforced. See excerpt from the EULA. below"

    If You have licensed the Program by renewing your Sage Business Care plan or subscription then You are not eligible to return the Program for a refund. You must cancel your Sage Business Care plan or subscription at least ten (10) days prior to its renewal date in order not to be charged for the renewal.

    Please contact Customer Service at 1-888-222-8985 for more information on the Sage return policy. Upon return of the Program or the request for a refund in the case of downloaded Programs, if You have not uninstalled the Program from all Client Devices, Your access to the Program will be terminated.

    If you are on a subscription plan there is no return or refund policy for the Program. Your only option is to terminate this Agreement in accordance with the terms of Section 20 herein.

    Also note that the system will hang up if you do not select an option (usually to press 1) for a callback.

    I am having this problem, too. I cannot get a hold of anyone by phone, have left my call back info and emailed but I haven’t heard from anyone. We don’t use this software anymore and we do not need to renew it, but it seems impossible to cancel the subscription. Can someone please contact me? Thank you.
