  • In Receive Money ability to “Pay all” and really actually check off all. We have a few customers that do hundreds and hundreds of invoices.  We have to hand check off (click, click, click) a few pages, then save.  Then repeat.  It takes 30 – 45 minutes to post a check instead of 2 minutes.  If we could click Pay All (and I mean ALL without a message that we clicked too many) and then be able to Save, it would be a real time and accuracy saver.  

  • this isn't product specific, so i'm not sure what to do except post this. 
    recently, i've had numerous clients make fun of our customer portal "create an account" page. it is partying like it's 1999.....waaaay out of date. since we're a software company, rooted in the 21st century, perhaps it would be possible to redesign that page so it doesn't look right out of Windows NT? seriously, it is very, very dated and would speak better for us as a company if it were more modern looking and with modern functionality.....
    just a thought.

    Thanks for commenting.  You will want to post your feedback in the applicable product Support Group so that other users of the software will see your idea and can comment and vote on it.

  • Please fix Accounts Receivable so you can just Select names to apply payments to account invoices instead of having to open each account receivable name go 1 by 1 and to apply payments.
