We just want to clarify with you what do you want to zero out? Do you still want to ship the goods? Or do you mean you don't want to ship the goods and want to cancel the O/E orders?

We're trying to bulk zero out shipped quantities within Shipment Entry. We don't want to ship the goods and want to cancel the O/E orders due to a data error.

Use some VBA macro programming.

We don't have a function within Sage to quickly zero out the shipped quantities within Shipment entry. If there is no shipment created yet for the order,  you can zero out the O/E order to cancel the order.
