StarShip Review and Experience.

Hello, 

We are looking into StarShip from V-Tehcnologies for our multi-carrier integration with Sage 300 on prem.  We like Starship for its versatility and simplicity atleast in the demo provided.  

However, based on reviews online, it is a mix of good and bad reviews.  For a couple of the bad reviews, it was the same person posting on different sites, so I am reaching out to the Sage community to see if you anyone has had experience with the software?

Any insight would be helpful!

    I like the product as well, however my client and myself are still waiting to GO LIVE. We started this project summer last year. We still cannot printing Canada Post Shipping Labels, which was the main reason for my client to get this solution. We are able to print FedEx and UPS Shipping Labels, but client wants to use Canada Post.

    The implementation process seemed to go on forever. For a solution that should have been implemented within a month or less, it has now been 9 months, and it is still not in use yet.

    When you say you could not print Canada Post labels, is it due to the label formatting or other reasons?

    What other issues did you come across during integration?
