Client was running Version 2013 and everything worked fine at the end of 2014 for e-filing (payroll and accounts payable).
The 2014 upgrade was installed in February, and now e-filing says it's in demo mode.
The client is on an active service plan.
Any help is appreciated.
Do I need to reinstall the 2014 IRD? Will this affect anything they've done since 12/31/2014?
