TS2017 - Duplicate printed bills are not duplicates

I am on TS2017 with the April 2017 update.

When I run bills, I always have TS print 2 copies, collated, so that I have one to mail and one to file.

I noticed in reviewing the "file" and "mail" stacks again that for some clients (not all) the bills are different.  For example, one bill printed out on one page.  The other "duplicate" printed out on 2 pages.  The difference was in the "additional charges" - i.e., expenses.  One the one page bill there was a total for the charges but no detail of how that broke down to postage and copies.  On the 2 page bill, there was the same total for the "additional charges" but I also had the detail on how the expenses were broken down.

I move to TS2017 from TS2010.  I did not have this problem there.  This is just one of many, many problems I have experienced with migrating to the newest version of Timeslips.  What's more, TS does not seem to support the product b/c attempts to call them with "bug reports" are not welcomed.
