Unable to use the "show slips" feature from the basic navigator.

I am having trouble using the "Show Slips" feature from the Basic Navigator screen.  It was working last week and then one day when I clicked on it, it says Timeslips has stopped working and windows is checking for a solution to the problem and then it kicks me out of the program.  We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program.  We have deleted all temp files.  I can still enter new slips, but can't simply see the total slips for one day.  It is working correctly on all other computers in our network.  I use this feature to be able to easily go back in and add time to a slip if needed.  Anyone know what would cause this or how to fix it?  Thanks.

I would try going to setup- preferences - interface and restore all windows.

If a particular window does not appear after selecting it, another somewhat less intrusive solution is to select Window from the main bar at the top of Timeslips.  If the name of the window you tried to open is listed there, and typically with a checkmark next to it indicating it is the window being displayed, just click Cascade right there and the window will appear on screen.

The setting inside preferences indicating the X-Y coordinate position of the window can become corrupted and the window appear either 1 pixel square, or positioned outside the positions on your monitor.  Sometimes downsizing from a 2-monitor setup can cause it as well.
