IF in fact you are using Sage Timeslips, then here's how to "delete" a Client.

I used quotations around the word delete on purpose, because in Timeslips what you need to do is 1) Change the Client record's Classification (which will make it eligible for purging), then 2) go to File Purge and choose to "Purge Clients with a Closed Classification." This will completely remote not only the Client record, but any slips, transactions, bill images, history, etc. that is associated with that Client record.

You should make a backup before you do the Purge, you know, 'just in case.'

If you are using a different Sage product, then you will want to post your question in that product's particular Forum here in Sage City.
