The only version that is supported or tested with Windows 10 is Timeslips 2016. So the answer is it might / it might not. I had a client that was running Timeslips 2008 and went to Windows 10 and had some issues getting it to work. They decided that it was cheaper to upgrade than to troubleshoot.

Should work Sue as I have a client on TS 2006 with Windows 10. Set the timeslip.exe file to run in compatibility mode for Windows XP Service Pack 2.
