How do I check off additional client names in Billing Assistant?

I see that there are checked off rules in Timeslips (2012) Billing Assistant (from the employee before me) and I think they are checked off automatically by Billing Assistant as opposed to my going to Generate Bills, Client Selection Filter and choosing specific clients.  So my question is if I wanted to add specific client names to be billed through Billing Assistant, how do I do that?  Does Billing Assistant have a Client Selection Filter.  Does the fact that it follows rules not allow me to add more names?  I am not at work so I'm trying to remember ...if I am correct the rule boxes in Billing Assistant are pretty much all checked off.  Maybe it's best that I use Generate Bills since my employer likes specific clients to get billed. Confused a bit.

Thanks.

Some people prefer Billing Assistant because it lets you evaluate all your clients to determine who is ready for billing. When you're looking at the List View, you can move through your clients to see what they currently owe you.

If all the clients you're expecting to see are not on the List View, you can click on the Change Billing Rule button to set up a rule for who will appear in the list (for example, "any new charges"), and then you can uncheck anyone you don't want to bill. If you want the list to include everyone, you can choose the "no filters (show all clients)" rule.

If you know exactly who you want to bill, then it might be easier to use the Bills > Generate Bills command. From here you can use the Client Selection filter to choose the specific clients that you want to bill.
