eCenter outages and recent issues - 10/22/15

We are investigating a problem that may prevent you from accessing Sage Timeslips eCenter and are working towards a resolution. Issues may include not being able to log on or latency with the site. Should you encounter any of these issues, please allow some time and try again. We apologize for any inconvenience that this problem may cause.

    eCenter is down more often than it is up. What steps are being taken to prevent this from continually happening?

    Sage is acutely aware, and diligently looking into the issue regarding the eCenter service. Our IS team has been, and is currently investigating and implementing actions in an effort to stabilize the service for our customers.

    We are aware of the impact this has on our customer’s businesses and are looking to resolve the current issue as expediently as possible.

    We sincerely apologize for the issue, and will continue to closely monitor the situation.
