Timeslips eCenter

My boss is constantly having problems with eCenter:

"This time I was able to make a couple of entries, although each time I called up a new slip, it took 2 minutes at least to connect.  Then after the 4th slip, I got a message saying the page was unavailable and they are sorry for the inconvenience (which it is and they are not, I’m sure). "

Any ideas on advice to give him?  Do certain browsers work better than others?

    eCenter has been struggling this week. I don't think it is any particular browser, just been going down much more often than normal. I would wait until next week if you can, and see how the performance is after they have the weekend to work on it.
