Re-Establishing Link between Amicus Attorney Small Firm Classic File and Timeslips File

Looking to reestablish the link between an Amicus Attorney Small Firm Classic File and a Timeslips File that was broken at some point, resulting in Amicus Administrator generating a "nickname already in use" error during exchanges. I would like to avoid creating a new file with a slightly different nickname or renaming the existing TS file as a workaround, as I have been doing. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

It can be done, but it is usually a real PITA that needs to be done carefully or you just end up in a bigger mess.

I would HIGHLY recommend working with someone who has been there, done that.

    Hope this helps.
