Bills show on Pre-Bill Worksheets, but not on Generate Bills

Whenever I generate monthly Pre-Bill worksheets I am only able to see recent slip / payment entries if I select the "Show Bills on Full Bill Hold" option. This is odd because none of the bills have holds.

Also, whenever I try to generate bills, Timeslips only displays / prints the first 13 pages of bills I want. I've tried several options to generate bills to no avail and there is no option to "Show Bills on Full Bill Hold" within the Generate Bills report.

Any help is appreciated.

My guess is that you must have clients on full bill hold. Depending on the version of Timeslips you are using, you will see a red H in your client list indicating same. There is no option when printing bills to show bills on full bill hold.

This one is definitely going to be more of a guess, since there's just not much in your post to go on.

IF you see the entries when using the hold option on prebills, then I guess I would go with the idea that there is some sort of hold somewhere and would run a Charges on Hold Analysis to find out what is being held. From the topmost menus, Reports, Client, Charges on Hold Analysis. Make sure no client or date filters are chosen, you want this one wide open.

As for the Generate Bills issue, you are correct, the only option is to release SLIP BASED holds and it sounds like you might have some CLIENT based holds.

But really it is almost impossible to day without remoting in and taking a look at it. Could be just a filter or something.

The 13 pages thing is REALLY bizarre.

    Hope this helps.
