Your upgrade should have included the LEDES add-on.  You should contact the seller of your upgrade as that should have been included. If you purchased from a website, they may have sold you a new product instead of upgrade in which case it is not included.  If you purchase the add-on, your codes should still be there.

Ledes was never "included" to the best of my knowledge.  If you have purchase documentation, you should have no problem contacting customer service and getting a code to re-enable Ledes in your system.  Please do note that Ledes may have changed significantly since your purchase and there may be a charge to acquire the current version of the add-in.  The codes you mention should still be in your database as activity and reference codes.
