Set Outlook to Default Email Client

Hello,

I am having in issue with Outlook2013 and Sage Timeslps 2015. When I launch ST I get an error saying that I need to set Outlook to my default mail client. When I check my settings, I already have Outlook set to my default. Any Ideas?

    Check in Internet explorer and see what you default email client is set as there. I know it sounds flaky, but I have seen it happen.

    Alternatively, if you have multiple email profiles you might need Outlook open before you start.

    If you do not wish to link your Sage Timeslips to your Outlook (and most folks don't), you can disable the link feature under Settings | Features Enabled | Outlook link.

    That will keep the message from popping up every time to open Sage Timeslips.

    If you later decide you want to use the feature, you can turn it back on.

    Did you try with Outlook open? What version of Outlook 2013 - 64 bit, 32 bit, click-to-run?
