Trouble Generating Bills

I'm using TS 2011.  Never had a problem until now. When I try to generate a bill or Pre-bill worksheet, it shows no slips.  But if I use the Billing Assistant (which I generally never use)  all my slips appear and the bill is generated correctly.  Can anyone explain what's going on?

  • Sounds like you have a filter applied. When you open the generate bills window look at the filters selected. You can clear them all. If that doesn't help - close all open windows in Timeslips. Go to setup - preferences - interface - restore all windows to default size. See if that fixes it.
