Proof Stage - TS 2015

I have recently run my fist set of invoices since upgrading to TS 2015.  I put invoices in proof stage, however when I went back into edit, they were gone from the proof stage of "Approve or Clear Bills" so I was unable to finalize and had to print again.  Anyone have experience on how to fix?  (Thought I was losing it, but happened with second smaller batch of client invoices I subsequently printed as well.

    1) Make a backup

    2) Go to File, Data Verification and in the upper third of the dialog, check ONLY Look for Errors.  Let it run (may take a while)

    Report back any errors you may find.

    We have seen random reports of this happening but haven't really identified a pattern.

    Is Timeslips installed on any other computers? After you have followed Nancy's suggestion to rule out database issues, one thing you might want to do is limit who has the ability to approve or clear proof stage bills. This can be setup with security profiles. This will make sure that the issue is not being caused by user error.
