Attorney Rate Change

I think I made a big mistake.  My one attorney uses about five different rates, depending on the case.  I recently switched the assigned level number of each rate (don't ask me why!).  For example $200 was a level 1 and now is a level 2, and so on.  Everything is fine on my computer, but I assumed (apparently incorrectly) that those changes would sync with the TS Remote on my boss' computer.  I even went into TS Remote to see if I could change the rates there, to no avail.  So now, when I take slips from his TS Remote they have the old rate level and I have to manually change each one.  Have I made an irreversible error or is there a fix to what I have done?  Thanks for any assistance.
