Trying to prepare history bill for client that will show the "no charge" and "do not bill" hours/rate and amounts for 2014.  Here are my steps: starting at reports, select the history bill, select the client, select slip transaction dates from Jan 1 - Dec 31, 2014; select slip billing status and checkmark "no charge" and "do not bill."  Result - I get only the "no charge" slips. The "do not bill" slips are not listed.  Any suggestions?
