2014 TS Will Not Open - error code 104

Replaced hard drive on main PC acting as server for small office network of 3 PCs. The TS program will not open, and is therefore not accessible by two other PCs. Keep getting the following message:

Could not open T:\LCNSREGS.DAT. The Read Only file attribute is set. The file cannot be modified.

How did you reinstall TImelsips on the main pc? You need to do but a full install and a local install on the mail PC so that it is using the same path as the other workstations. Did you check to make sure the read only file attribute is not set on the file as listed? Make sure that full sharing is setup for all users.

By the way, I don't recommend using Mapped drives for the install, UNC drives work better.
