I cant find this report! I dont know how to add it either. Help!! :/

There's a report called Charges On Hold Analysis. It is usually on the client tab of reports. If not there click on the plus sign to add the report. Choose Add a specific standard report to the report list. The reports available are listed in alphabetical order.
There is also a Clients Not Billed report, usually under the Billing tab of reports. You might find this useful as well.
