Sounds like a filter in generate bills or prebill.  If you can't find it you might want to restore all windows to default under setup - preferences

Are you looking at the Billing Assistant when you see this?  What happens if you Generate Bills?

Yes, in Billing Assistant, under Billing Details.  However, I  just solved the problem, thanks to both of your responses.  Caren2 was correct, it was a "filter" issue, under the BIlling Details screen.  MarcAC, your answer led me to see the top section that said filter applied.  Thank you to both of you for your help!  It was driving me crazy to not see the time on the main Billing Assistant screen.  Ok, now back to tax returns.
