We have some time people that entered rates incorrectly. It happens a lot as there are a lot of clients that have different rates for different attorneys, and different rates if the file was assigned before or after a certain date. When we see that the time was entered with the wrong rate, is there a way to correct all the rates at once for the one client?

    If your slip entry folks have to think/worry about which rate to use on a slip, then your rate rules for that client are not set up correctly.  

    Typically, when you edit those rules and save your edits, the Rate Wizard will kick in and ask if you want to update existing slips.  You answer a few questions and then it runs through and adjusts any WIP slips to match the new rate rules.

    I will add that it's very convenient in Timeslips to fix this error and then customize each client/attorney going fwd to avoid it.
