Hi! I'm trying to enter a timeslip, but it needs to be without any specific time, how can I do it?
Thank you and Have a Great Holiday Season!
Has to have a date or a date range. The date doesn't have to show on the invoice. What are you trying to accomplish?
I'm trying to bill one amount of time for several same activities. Those activities were performed through the entire time of representation (e.g. number of emails). How can I do so that I would not have to enter every single e-mail but rather enter the amount of e-mails and time spent.
Thank you, Caren!
You could do a range of dates. Say: 12/1/14 - 12-15/14 ND 42 emails with client re: status 2.6(hrs).
Would that work for you?
Hope this helps.

I tried to do the "date range" but on the actual invoice it just shows the first date. E.g. 12/01/2013-12/01/2014 showed only 12/01/2013 e-mails with client. So, it looks like all those e-mails were mailed in one day. How can I fix it?
Thank you!
You will need modify the bill layout to show beginning and ending date.
I've tried several layouts but don't see the one that allows to see the dates... is it possible to do it without any specific date?
You can remove the date field from the invoice layout or you can add the end date to your layout. The default layout doesn't usually include the end date but it can be added.
Be aware that removing the date from the layout will remove it for all clients that use that layout.
how can I add the end date to the layout? Thank you!
Depends on your layout and version .You might need to add a column or a row and then you drag the field you want over to where you want it. It's not hard to do, once you know what you are doing, but a little hard to explain. It would be very easy for a certified consultant to assist you in doing it "right".
Just got it done! It was easy! Thank you, Caren! I sincerely appreciate it!
