NO CHARGE as it appears on the bill

I have a client who doesn't like the all capital bold NO CHARGE as it shows on the bill.  Where can I go to change this to lowercase letters in regular type?

    (From the topmost menus)

    Bills

    Bill and Statement Layouts

    Highlight and Open the Layout

    (From the menus in the resulting window)

    Layout

    Phrases

    Scroll down to NO CHARGE

    Change it to the right

    Click OK

    Save the Layout

    Test

    I do it all the time for my clients.  I hate how it looks like the firm is shouting.
