SUGGESTED

How can I tell if the service releases / updates have been installed in our Timeslips 2014?  Thanks.

Go to help - about. You will see a number xxxx.xx.xx.xxx. There should be .00,.01 or .02. This shows you the service release.

The lastest Service Release for Sage Timeslips 2014 will report a build number of 22.0.2.256.

I am looking for the, I guess, release notes that give information such as release/build number for the current release and what the prior release that the current release can be "installed on top of".  In other words, if I have the initial release and am downloading and installing the current release for the same product (e.g. SR@ for TS 2014) do I first have to download ans install SR1 or will SR2 provide cumulative update?  This information used to be in the notes for the release.  I have noticed that it is not available, or I have not located where it is available.

I also could not find the link from the Sage web site to the TimeSlips support page and the downloads.  After I logged in I only saw accounting products and TS was conspicuous in its absence.  Does someone know how to get to teh TS downloads without going through Sage City?

All available downloads for Timeslips can be found here: na.sage.com/.../downloads

Note that the page begins with downloads of the full products, followed below by any service releases and their associates Notes.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks for the help.  Our build number is 22.0.2.256.  Per the comment from Roger S., that means that we have the latest build.  However, I do not see a .00, .01, or .02.  At this point, I am going to go with the answer from Roger S. unless someone has a further comment.  Thanks very much.

Yes the .2 means service release 2, which is the latest for your version. I was answering from memory and put an extra digit in the decimal places.
