All clients bills are showing ONLY last month’s balance

A customer had TS V9 running on a Windows 2000 PC which the hard drive failed recently. They back up the DB every night. I was able to get TS 9 on a new windows 7 PC and import the backup DB thanks to Nancy Duhon suggestions. The customer and I worked out a strange "red envelope" issue yesterday. (A red envelope means the invoice is in Proof or Revision Stage.  A yellow envelope means it has been approved.)

The customer is now reporting the following. 

“When we run pre-bills it shows last month’s balance and no new slips from the current month. When we go to “Show Slips” we can see the work that was put in, but it will not print on the current months invoice”. All clients bills are showing ONLY last month’s balance and none of the new slips for the current month.   The information can be seen at “show slips” but will not print out on current bill.

I know this is a very old version. I am trying to get them to upgrade but updating to the latest is not an option at this time. The billing person is close to retirement and technically challenged.

    Sounds like a stuck filter on the reports or slips have been marked as hold. You could also have a database issue. Close all windows in Timeslips and go to setup - preferences - interface - restore all windows. Then try again. It that doesn't work would suggest making a backup and running data verification with only look for errors checked.

    Since we don't know how you "fixed" the red envelope issue perhaps you have some problem related to that.

    Beyond the above, I would suggest working with Nancy or another certified consultant "eyes on"
