Does anyone know if it is possible to prepare an A/R aging report without listing client names?

Going to need a bit more information from you here to be able to answer.
Do you just need the totals? Or are you trying to suppress client information for confidentiality purposes?

Nancy, I do not see your answer in the thread. Could you answer again please.
What happened was Mark phoned me and we resolved it over the phone.
We ended up just running the report with the totals only, suppressing the individual accounts. He needed something for the bank, but they didn't care about individual accounts.
Hope this helps.

The reason I ask is that I would like to show the Nickname 2 on the report. Is this possible?
Yes, it should be. Do you want to show it in addition to NN1, or instead of?
Check the Options (lower left) when you open the report, but before hitting print.
Hope this helps.

Thank you. I see that I can add Nickname 2. However, I needed to uncheck "Place name on the same line as values" for the Nickname 2 to appear. Is there a way to remove Nickname 1 and just use Nickname 2?
Sort by NN2 instead of NN1. That should do it.
Hope this helps.
