2014 TS - Billing Assistant Problems

Working in 2014 TS version - Two Problems

(1) Using Billing Assistant Single Client View - on bill overview the new balance shows 0.00 when there are actually slips to be billed.

(2)  Billing Assistant dialog box for single client view indicates "filters applied" - how do I remove these filters?

    You need to clear the filters.

    In the Slip List view, click on the Filter icon at the upper right of the slip listing:


    Clear out anything you see there and then update Billing Assistant.  Do the entries show up now?
