Can no longer access mini view and getting a tBDETableExceptionC

SOLVED

I deleted a timeslip (something I have done many times with no problem).

I have tried restoring several prior backups and also reinstalled Timeslips.

None of that helped.

Now I no longer get the mini view when I minimize and I get the following message:

If this error happens repeatedly, please close and restart Sage Timeslips.

    Forgot to add: It is Timeslips 2013

    Sounds like you have a data corruption issue in your slip table.  It will need to be repaired.

    Make a good backup.

    Then run File | Data Verification with ONLY the Look for Errors option checked.

    It may take a while, so just let it run.  After it finishes it will generate a report telling you if it found any trouble.

    Any further steps depend on what errors are reported.

    Thanks Nancy.  I ran the Data Verification and it reported zero errors.  Weird.

    Hmm, that is weird.

    Okay, if it says zero, try it again and check Rebuild Data Indices.  See if that fixes the problem.

    You could try going to setup - preferences - interface (or appearance) - restore all windows to default.

    I actually had to do BOTH the reconstruction followed by the windows reset to get it to work again.

    I really appreciate the help!

    Same thing is happening in Timeslips 2016.  Everything is the same as above.  This time the reconstruction and reset are not working.

    Any suggestions?

    Does database verification show any errors? There is something we can try to rebuild the slip table using outside tools.
