Missing attachment box when entering a time slip

SOLVED

When entering a time slip I clicked on the attachment bar and now the attachement area at the bottom is missing. Does anyone know how to retrieve it?  Thank you in advanceSad

You likely just rolled it up.  Is there a skinny bar with the word Attachments and a downward pointing triangle?  Click it to reopen that part of the window.

If you cannot see the rolled up bar, you may have your display settings at something other than 100% DPI which can suppress some of the display properties of Timeslips windows.

Without putting "eyes on" it remotely, it would be hard to make any other suggestions.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you Nany. When I look on my screen the little bar with the arrow is gone for the attachments. The adjustment bar and billing status bars are there and open. Not sure what to do now. I feel like I shut it off or something or it is hiding. Any one else have any ideas? Thanks...Linda

You may need to go into setup/preferences and in the appearance navigation area "restore all dialogs to their defaults".

As I said, hard to imagine what is the trouble without remoting in, and looking at it.

    Best of luck with it.

Two possibilities (1) under setup - features enabled someone may have disabled a needed feature or (2) your display settings may be set at other than 100%. This will cause some information to be cut off the screen.
