You are using Timeslips Remote? Timeslips remote has been discontinued.  I would not expect an upgrade to solve a problem like this. Timeslips v2014 was supported on Windows XP, v2015 is not. However, Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft.

Actually, Timeslips has not been supported on the obsolete Windows XP platform since Timeslips 2013.

Timeslips Remote is replaced by Sage Timeslips eCenter and is a web based product on a subscription fee basis.

Hard to tell from the error, but I'd probably just archive the new slips in the remote database, import them into the main database and create a new remote database from the main to try to reset everything.

Caren and Roger are correct.  Upgrading will not help.  In fact, you would lose the TSRemote capability and have to go to the subscription eCenter model.

However, if both machines are hitting the same server, you could just upgrade and get a additional full license for the second user to allow simultaneous access of the main database. No more remotes and combining necessary.
