Timeslips 2011 Paradox Error

I'm Getting a Paradox error in one of the computers. I can't log in Timeslips with the user credentials of that machine, but when I run the program as administrator the program run just fine.  Any thoughts will be appreciated.

    Is the user an admin on their own machine? Sounds like they have insufficient rights, specifically the right to edit the registry.
