TSRemote 2009 (ancient history, I know)

Nancy or Caren (or ?),

I'm trying to move TSRemote 2009 from one computer to another.  I used the correct Reinstall codes (from the old computer), but after the program loaded I got "Cannot find the file containing the navigator.  You may have to reinstall the software."

So, I went looking for the NEW reinstall codes, but cannot find them.  (I wasn't prompted to save the file during the installation.  I found the file on the old computer, filename TSCODREIN.TXT, but that file doesn't exist on the new computer.)  Should I reinstall using the reinstall codes I used the first time?  Also, why wouldn't the navigator files be there?  (I looked on the old computer, and the same 5 files are in the Navigatr directory on both computers.)

The program seems to be working without the navigator, but I think the user would like to have it.

Help.  (And thanks ahead of time.)

Hmm, I would have used the one from the old computer.  I don't think the lack of navigator files has anything to do with the reinstall code though.

I used to see that error every once in a while.  Have not in a long time.  I think I used to just point to the navigator that I wanted to hit as a Custom Navigator via the Preferences.

I.e., in the Preferences, you can tell it to use one of the "canned" navigators, or a customized one.  But you can also use the customized path to just point to one of the 5 canned ones that are in the folder.

    Hope this helps.

Hmmm...  When I go to Preferences, the box where you can put the path to the navigator is unselectable (greyed out).  Bummer.  It does look like everything else works just fine, though.  I'll see if the user cares about the navigator and/or just try reinstalling.

If I do reinstall, should I just reuse the reinstall codes I used the first time (since I got no new ones)?

    Thanks, Nancy!
