Can you give us more specific information?  At what point are you getting that error?  Has the client been checked off as a Ledes client on Arrangement 2 screen?

thanks for your reply.

after i select the client i want from "client selection," press "okay," and then click "export", i get an error mesage telling me: "there were no clients that matched the criteria to export."

I did notice that i did not have it selected as an ledes client on the arrangement 2 screen. i went in and changed that setting and tried to export the bill again, but was given the same error message.

Basically Timeslips doesn't think any bills are eligible for export based on what you asked it to produce.

The causes for that error are many, so impossible for us to be able to tell you what the exact cause is.
