Purge Error - Cannot Delete Task Code

I have tried to purge a large batch of closed cases several times now.  Each time I receive the error "You cannot delete task code L110 (record #57) because it is assigned to 43016 slips"

I have checked Timeslips & code L110 is still an open task code, never closed.  I only use the filter to purge closed cases & tell it to purge transactions on undoable bills.

Any ideas for why I would receive this error?

    You could run data verification with look for errors checked to see if there is any problem in the database. Beyond that I would try restore all windows to default in preferences - interface.

    Beyond that I think it will take eyes on to determine the issue. You could contact support or work with a certified consultant.

    Not sure if you ever got this resolved but I just ran into the same error at another site. What I believe is the issue is master clients that may be referenced from other matters and control the References list. I haven't proved this yet, but was wondering if any of the clients you were attempting to purge were Master Clients.
