It might help us to know what version of Timeslips but  My guess is it has something to do with printer setup or paths on the terminal server. On the terminal server every Timeslips user should have their own temporary files folder and prefs.prf. You also need to have a default printer setup.

Sorry, I updated the post. TS 2014, SR2. Default printer is set up and everyone does have their own temporary files folder. Though there prefs.prf file is usually a generic. I can try creating another and see if that helps.

Other things I've tried:

1. updated video drivers

2. update all server drivers

So I verified that I have a tmp files folder, prefs.prf all set, and a default printer and still doesn't work.

It's only the Reprint Bills screen - Print to display.

Print to display anywhere else works.

Click on Window, and see if it shows that the Reprint Bills window is opened.  If it is, click on Window, Cascade and it will bring it back to the screen - on occasion the X-Y coordinates of certain windows will get corrupted and appear off-screen.
