Error 9219

SOLVED

Hello,

We have Sage 2011 on Windows 7. It has always worked fine.

I tried to open the database, same as always, and got this message: Error 9219 Area Database. Code 4

The details are: Address Exception TBDED Database Exception C in module Timeslips. exe at 00095Ac4.

So we tried to reinstall the most recent backup. Everything went fine. Could see it reininstalling. Gave the message it was complete and the message that the database was reinstalled. When clicked to open, same message.

Please assist.

Thanks,

Chris

Sounds like you might have some damage in your database. Are there any details on the error? If so, please let us know. If not, please run data verification with only look for errors checked and let us know the results.

You might need to work with support or a certified consultant to fix this, depending on the details.

Thanks for the quick response. The error message are noted on my initial email.  Also, I cannot launch the program as when it started it gives me the options: Load database, Create Database, Reinstall database from back up or exit Timeslips.

The tool bar is greyed out until I choose an option. Once I choose an option I get the error message.

I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled. Same results.

    Thanks,

    Chris

You might be out of temp file space.

Click Start, in the search/run type %temp%.  If you see any FulSes* folders, delete them.

    Then try opening Timeslips again.

    Hope this helps.

Oh, good.  Sounds like the database is fine, just needed to clear out the temporary files on the local machine.
