That would not originally have been a download.  You would have gotten a CD for that one.  It is not publically available, though many of the Timeslips Certified Consultants like myself have a library of previous versions and could accommodate you for a fee.

However, it is not necessary to use a disk or to reinstall when moving an installation of Timeslips.
