You don't say what version you are running but I would start by going to reports - timekeeper. Choose one of the time reports that comes close to what you want and then click on sort and sort by timekeeper and then client . Include subtotals for both levels. 

I would probably took at the monthly totals report. 

Remember you can also click on Options to add or remove detail informaiton from the report.

To add to what Caren said, it would depend on how you define "their clients".  If it's only those clients they worked on, then what Caren wrote will work exactly.  However, if you want a list of clients that are somehow connected to that timekeeper, you would need   to set up custom fields, like Partner, or Controller etc.
