For some reason for one of my clients the slip description is not showing up on the bill. I did not choose to hide it. This is the only client so far that this happening. This has not happened previously for this client.

Does it put in the date, hours and amount? But just not the description?

Yea the date and the amount is shown but not what I entered in the slip discription.
Yes I am using the same bill layout as with my other clients.
Higginbotham:
Unfortunately, that is just a very odd circumstance, that I've never seen before. So, there is no sort of FAQ type of answer for it. I think it is really going to take someone putting some eyeballs on it to get this resolved.
If you have a current tech support contract, I'd advise you to use it and call up Sage. If you have worked with local consultant who can physically go to your office and take a look, I'd advise booking an appointment. If you do not have anyone that you work with, and no support contract, you might want to reach out to some of the Certified Consultants here in the forum to get us to look at it on an hourly fee basis remotely.
