Error 5001

I'm trying to print a bill to display. I get this error.

Area: DisplayMetaFile Code: 5001 Address: Exception tMetafileExceptionC in module Timeslip.exe at 0025B014.

 

I click OK. The above message repeats, I click OK. This happens 3 times.

Then I get message like: "There is not enough room on drive."

In fact there is lots of room on drive.

Timeslips 2010. Windows 7 64 bit.

I'd be grateful for any suggestions as to what I should do.

    Typically it is temp drive space, not total space.  Under Setup, Preferences,  Other tab, last line (Folder for temp files) look to see where you are telling the program to put the temp files.  I recommend that it be either C:\Windows\Temp or C:\Program Files\Timeslips\Temp.
