Are you absolutely sure that the XP machine is using exactly the same path to the database and the Timeslip.cfg as the Win7 machines?
The thing that tells me that the paths are probably different is the fact that the XP machine can open Timeslips if the Win7 machines don't have it open. This is a classic symptom of this problem.
If you are unsure I would redo the paths for all machines by going to Station Administrator > Options > Change Install Path to find the Timeslip.cfg file and using the same Station Administrator to browse to the database.
Open Timeslips on one of the machines. Go to help - about Timeslips. You will see the paths being used. Close and open on the other machine. View the paths. Decide which path you wnat to use and on that machine go to start - programs - Timeslips - station administrator - options - change install path. Then navigate to the Timeslp.cfg file using your desired path.
I have noticed that even if you specify a mapped drive during install, Windows 7 sometimes installs using UNC pathing. If you want to use a mapped drive, you have to change it after the installation.
