Try installing as an Administrator. I have v2010 running on 64-bit equipment. Don't try to do it under any sort of compatibility mode though. Just keep it simple and give it lots of admin rights.

Ahh, yes, Windows 10 could be a problem while the 64-bit would not necessarily. I am with Caren, I think you should upgrade it.

But I would wait for the release of v2018 in a couple of weeks so you would get a full two years of supported status, and I would work with a consultant to get a Perpetual version vs a subscription version. You can call/contact any of the Certified Consultants who frequent this forum to discuss your options.

How is this possible when my client has 3 pc's running Windows 10 32-bit with v2010 now? I can't upgrade because 3 of the PC's are 32-bit while one is 64-bit Windows 10.

New versionwill run in 32 bit operating system. Won't run on windows Xp. If you fight with it you might get it installed but there's a good chance of problems - is it worth the time and effort?

I will tell my client about the upgrade, whats the cost for 2018 per machine?
