The file can look however you want. You specify the column matching when you setup the Timeslips import template. At a minimum I recommend client name (ideally nickname 1 or 2) , timekeeper ( ideally nickname 1 or 2), date, hours and description.

What we usually do, instead of imposing some generic spreadsheet on users, is take a look at what they are doing now and see if we can use that as is by just writing an import template to match, or if it can be tweaked just a bit to give us what we need.

So, no, we really don't have any excel templates, what we have is lots of experience writing and configuring import templates to read the spreadsheets and bring them in.
