Timeslips 2014 - Bill Stage Error

I was in the process of generating a bill when my system stopped working.  After rebooting my computer I was not able to complete the billing approval process for the client I was working on.  The time and expense entries are reflected as unbilled but the invoice was recorded under the clients AR history.  The data verification process reported an error that the bill is currently being approved and cannot be edited until the approval process is complete.  How can I fix this problem?  I'm also unable to print any billings for any other clients at this point.
