TimeSlips Data Conversion Fails from 2012 to 2015

Hi everyone ...

Our Firm was running TimeSlips 2012 and we recently purchased TimeSlips 2015 ...

I decided to run the upgrade last weekend but unfortunately got this error at the last phase of the Data Conversion ...

Appreciate your thoughts ... Thanks, Reda

    Hi Nancy,

    Thanks for your response ...

Unfortunately we don't have an active support contract as it was only for the first 30-days after the purchase of TimeSlips 2015 upgrade and we are out of that ...

Are there any step by step instructions that I can follow to fix that issue specially that I need to work on that over the weekend while no one is logged in TimeSlips ???

Please let me know ... Thanks, Reda

Sorry, no.  You need a special tool to go under the hood.

I can help you with it Sunday if you need to do it over the weekend, but I have a commitment already scheduled for Saturday.

    Hope this helps.
