Hello - we are running Timeslips V2011 on 5 servers and the live timer is frequently in use. Its often reported that the live timer jumps forward (always forward) by a random amount of time either when users start writing into the notes section or when they save the slip. We've done local reinstalls, regular data verification, and all the usual admin strokes to resolved this. We've also looked into how time on pc's and servers are synchronised and all looks OK but the problem is re-occurring and can happen at any time, to any user on any of the 5 installations. We need to be confident that we are billing correctly for our time - please can you help? Thank you
