Getting bill to update to include latest timeslips

Hello,

I am attempting to print a bill which reflects all work done to date.  For some reason it will only print out work done until 4/3, though I have entered timeslips with later dates.  When I print the bill it omits the latest time slip entries.  I have done other bills in which the information entered the same way is reflected on the bill when I print it out.  Is there an update feature or something I have erroneously toggled that is causing the most recently entered information to be omitted? Any guidance is appreciated.  Thank you in advance.  kris

    Sounds like a filter or the slips after 4/3 were already billed. Does the client have an invoice in proof or revision stage?  Are the slips after 4/3 marked hold?  Do they have envelopes (yellow or red) next to them in the slip list?

    You can try clearing all filters on the generate bills screen and then redoing your selection criteria.
